30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. If you don’t see improvements in the first 30 days, you can request a refund. We are confident in our service, but if it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll issue a hassle-free refund, no hard feelings.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of your initial purchase.
  • The refund applies to the new clients only.
  • Any additional services (custom development, redesigns, or special requests) are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon.

How to Request a Refund

If you would like to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Our team will review your request and verify eligibility within 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Any custom or add-on services that fall outside of our standard Active Website Management plan (e.g., redesign projects, specific development work).
  • Fees for domains, hosting, or third-party services purchased through or by Qrolic Technologies.

Plan Cancellations

You can cancel your Active Website Management plan at any time. If you cancel after the 30-day guarantee period, you will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining time in your subscription cycle, but your services will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Termination of Service

If we find that our services are being used in violation of our terms and conditions, or for any illegal or unethical activities, Qrolic Technologies reserves the right to terminate the service without issuing a refund.
